Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the 3Gold Technology website. They concern website use and inquiries; they do not by themselves create a sales contract.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate quotations, purchase orders, sales contracts, confidentiality agreements, or other written terms may govern a commercial transaction and will control over these website Terms if they conflict.
2. Website Information Only
The site provides general information about our business, capabilities, and products. Content is for preliminary evaluation and inquiry purposes and is not professional advice, a binding technical specification, or a guarantee that a particular product or service is available.
3. B2B Nature of the Website
The website is primarily intended for professional buyers, wholesalers, distributors, brands, e-commerce businesses, and other commercial contacts. Browsing the site or submitting an inquiry does not make you a customer and does not oblige either party to proceed with a transaction.
4. Product Information
Product images are for reference. Colors may differ because of screens, lighting, materials, production batches, or photography. Dimensions, materials, functions, accessories, packaging, performance, and other specifications may change or require confirmation. Samples and production units may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
5. Quotations and Orders
A website inquiry is a request for discussion, not an order. An order becomes binding only according to the acceptance process stated in the applicable formal quotation, purchase order, sales contract, or other written agreement. We may decline an inquiry or request further commercial, technical, compliance, or payment information.
6. MOQ, Price, and Specification Disclaimer
Any minimum order quantity shown on the website is indicative and is not a binding offer. Website prices, if displayed, are not final quotations and may exclude customization, tooling, packaging, testing, certification, freight, insurance, tax, duty, payment costs, and other charges. Delivery or lead times are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
The final product, quantity, price, payment, packaging, quality, warranty, inspection, and delivery terms are governed by the applicable formal quotation, accepted purchase order, or sales contract.
7. OEM/ODM Information
OEM/ODM feasibility, tooling, samples, intellectual-property responsibilities, exclusivity, testing, certification support, pricing, and timing depend on the project and must be confirmed in writing. Concept illustrations, example capabilities, or development timelines on the site are not promises that every request can be manufactured on the same terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, layout, text, graphics, product presentations, code, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership or license is transferred except the limited right to view and use the site for legitimate business evaluation. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Permitted Use
You may browse the site, download or print reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation, and submit genuine inquiries. You must comply with applicable law, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, and provide information you are authorized to provide.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape at a level that burdens the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or deceptive content, harvest contact information, reverse engineer protected functions except where law expressly permits, or use site content to infringe rights or compete unfairly.
11. User Submissions and Inquiries
You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize us and relevant service providers to process it to receive, evaluate, respond to, and follow up on the inquiry and related business communications. You represent that the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and does not disclose third-party confidential information or personal information without authority. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.
12. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites, stores, social platforms, or services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, security, availability, or terms, and a link does not necessarily mean endorsement. Use of a third-party service is at your discretion and subject to its own terms.
13. Availability and Updates
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website and may correct errors without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that all content will always be current, complete, or error-free.
14. Disclaimers
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded, the website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. We disclaim implied warranties relating to the website to the extent law permits. Product quality, conformity, fitness, title, delivery, and commercial remedies are determined by the applicable transaction documents, not by general website content.
15. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website, including loss caused by reliance on unconfirmed website information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected matters where applicable.
16. Mandatory Consumer or Local Rights
Although the site is primarily B2B, mandatory consumer, privacy, competition, product-liability, accessibility, or other local rights may apply in some circumstances. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
17. Export, Import, Sanctions, and Local Compliance
Products, technology, payments, and destinations may be subject to export controls, import rules, sanctions, customs, product safety, labeling, radio, battery, environmental, or other requirements. The buyer is responsible for confirming local import, certification, registration, labeling, and compliance requirements unless a signed written agreement assigns a specific responsibility differently. Each party must comply with laws applicable to its role.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business practices, or law. The fixed “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are published. Changes apply prospectively to website use; they do not rewrite an existing signed commercial agreement.
19. Contact
